The 4 CD Natal Hypnotherapy Programme is the UK's leading home study hypnosis for birth programme. The four step programme has been designed to help you get the maximum benefit, practice and experience of using these powerful techniques to help you have a happy, healthy and comfortable pregnancy and birth experience.
It is a four step programme which gradually builds your skills, abilities and confidence in your body's amazing ability to grow and then give birth to your baby.
The programme comes with a pocket sized 24 page birth preparation guide which includes information on how hypnosis works, what can make birth painful and how to avoid, even eliminate pain, how to get the most out of using the programme, top tips for birthing partners and tips for working with the medical team. 
Step 1. From 6 Weeks throughout pregnancy. The Pregnancy Relaxation CD is a wonderful introduction to using self Hypnosis and teaches you relaxation and breathing techniques.
Step 2. From 32 weeks onwards begin listening to the Birth preparation CD (either the home, hospital, twins, caesarean or VBAC version). This builds on the relaxation and breathing techniques learned in step 1 and leads you into preparing for the birth
Step 3. Relaxing birth music CD. This is the same music used in the background of the Birth preparation CDs. Mothers use the music when they go into labour as it is a subconscious trigger to relax and recall all the positive suggestions you will take in while listening to the birth preparation CD.
Step 4. The post Natal recovery CD can be listened to from within an hour of giving birth. The CD will help you be more confident as a new mother, help with bonding, sleep and successful feeding.
