This is really important as the files can be large and its therefore quicker with fast broadband.

Make sure you are on good WiFi and not on mobile data?

Not sure if you are on goodwifi? Check your broadband speed here. You are more likely to have good WiFi at home or work and less likely in a cafe etc.

Dropbox is a like an cloud based drive for you to save work, files, photos, anything digital really. You can bring your files together in one central place, and safely sync them across all your devices and access them anytime you want, wherever you are.

Is a good idea to use Dropbox for playing Natal Hypnotherapy tracks because they are then separate from your main music tracks and they won't accidentally play when you hit "shuffle" with your best friends over for a quick boogy and glass of something.

You can save Dropbox files to play "offline" so they will play when there is NO WiFi

a) Find the email we have sent you and open it.

b) Scroll down to the links at the bottom.

c) Select each link in turn and click on it and complete the whole process, where you have saved that file in Dropbox, before clicking on the next link in the email.

The iPhone will unhelpfully display a black screen with a "play" icon with a line through it. This normally worries people and they click on the play button and it does not work. Naturally.

Instead click on the iCon at the bottom of the screen in the middle Apple download icon initiate downloading the file to Dropbox on your iPhone/iPad. marked with the red circle red circle points to where to click to initiate downloading the file to Dropbox on your iPhone/iPad.

a) Click on "Save to Dropbox" iCon in the lower row of icons, marked with the red circle red circle points to where to click to save to Dropbox on your iPhone/iPad.

b) Dropbox will then open showing a list of folders to save your file to.

c) DO NOT SELECT the "Dropbox" icon Dropbox Icon in top row of icons should not be selected in the top row if you see it, it won't do what we want.

Step 6 - Select the desired folder in Dropbox

a) Select the folder to save it in e.g. "New folder" or name your own folder

b) Click on Save on the top right hand side of the screen.

c) The file will save and will then open in Dropbox.

a) Now that you have the track on Dropbox we want to get it to be on your phone, when you are not connected to WiFi.

a) Select Make available offline to save the file to your phone so you can play it, when you are not connected to the internet via WiFi, e.g. in hospital

b) then you are ready to play the file

Now you are ready to play the track!

Simply click on the track when you want to play it. Press pause or stop when you want.
